Turn on the screen, open Zigns in its browser, and type the six-character code it shows into your dashboard. That's the whole install. Most people have their first content playing within minutes.
Yes. Start from a template, drop in your logo and brand colors, and the built-in designer handles the layout. If you'd rather use PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides, import those instead.
It keeps playing — content is stored on the device. If it stays offline, you get an email that names the screen, when it went dark, and the likely cause, so you can fix the right thing.
Yes. Admins manage everything, editors create and edit content, viewers can only look. You can also require approval before anything an editor makes reaches a live screen.
