What hardware do I need?
Any screen with a browser — a smart TV, laptop, Raspberry Pi, Amazon Fire Stick, or Chrome OS device. If it has a browser and an internet connection, it works with Zigns.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can add or remove screens, upgrade to Enterprise, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — all new accounts get a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required. After the trial, you can continue on the free Starter plan or subscribe to Pro.
How does per-screen pricing work?
Each active screen display costs $15/month on the Pro plan. You can add or remove screens at any time, and you'll only be billed for screens that are actively in use.
Do you offer nonprofit or education discounts?

What happens to my content if I cancel?
Your content and account data remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export your media at any time, and we'll never hold your content hostage.
