These terms govern access to the Zigns marketing website, launch updates form, pricing pages, and Early Access signup flow. Platform accounts and product use are governed by the full Zigns Terms of Service at app.zigns.io/terms.html.

Use of the Website

• You may use this website only for lawful business purposes.
• You agree not to interfere with site security, availability, or integrity.
• Zigns Early Access is open now. Product details may change as we finish launch polish ahead of the official late May / early June release.

Accounts and Early Access

Early Access customers can create an account and use Zigns for real signage today. Some advanced integrations, enterprise features, and launch polish may continue to evolve before the official release.

Checkout and Trial Messaging

Marketing-site pricing may link to Stripe Checkout or to the Zigns app. Early Access includes the same 14-day trial and launch pricing shown on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions, trials, cancellation, and account use are governed by the platform terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design elements, and software on this site are owned by Zigns or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

Disclaimers

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zigns is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to website use.

Changes to Terms
